Teaching Okinawa Isshinryu Karate, and Escrima, at the  First Union Methodist Church in Stamford.

Saturday Mornings; 9:00-10:00 am

Classes for ages 9 and older, new students, and families are welcome.

Sensei Rick is a 6th-degree Black Belt, with teaching credentials from the Isshinryu World Karate Association.

Kata, or Forms, are a traditional training method in Okinawa Isshinryu Karate.

Isshinryu Karate is excellent for self-defense training, fitness, and confidence.
